Business as Normal (or at least as normal as possible)

KCCOR

Business as Normal(ish)

We are certainly not going to give anyone advice on how to deal with the CORVID-19 outbreak, there is enough advice from reputable sources available (see below for some links which you may find useful) plus plenty of expert advice: although much of this is from people who have suddenly become ‘experts’.

Typically there is a good deal of recruitment activity around exhibitions and conferences with so many employers and job seekers using the opportunity of being in the same place at the same time to meet.  With so many events being postponed ( ISC West, IFSEC, Counter Terror Expo, ASIS Europe 2020, The Security Event and many others) or cancelled, this may not now be the case.

We are, as much as possible, working as normal although given the current advice, we are making clients and candidates aware of the alternatives to face-to-face interviewing and facilitating these in the same way we would for a typical meeting.

For individuals who would rather pause their job search until the situation becomes clearer  this could be an ideal opportunity to get your CV and LinkedIn profile in order: please contact us to discuss how we can help.

Similarly, for any companies who wish to pause their recruitment plans, please contact us, as this could present a good opportunity to review your needs and develop a pipeline of candidates.  We can help with this.

Please do contact us with any questions or if we can be of any assistance.
